PART-TIME CARD TEAM SPECIALIST

The Mana Lounge is looking for a part-time Card Team Specialist to join our team!
Founded in 2019, The Mana Lounge is dedicated to creating a high-quality, welcoming game and hobby store experience. We specialize in Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and other trading card games, along with Warhammer, board games, role-playing games, and hobby supplies.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our Card Team. This position focuses on managing our trading card inventory, fulfilling orders, assisting with trade-ins and collections, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Card Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and organize trading card inventory

Process, verify, and fulfill customer orders

Assist with customer trade-ins and collections

Maintain accurate inventory

Support daily Card Team operations and projects

Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Previous experience with trading cards, collectibles, or retail is an asset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Willingness to learn and develop within the role
REQUIREMENTS

Strong working knowledge of both Magic: The Gathering and the Pokémon Trading Card Game

High school diploma or equivalent

Comfortable using computers and basic technology

Availability for evenings and weekend shifts
